David currently serves as the Infrastructure Senior Director at a clinical outpatient reentry program, where he is responsible for optimizing operations across facilities, food services, security, and more. His expertise lies in developing scalable policies, streamlining processes, and leading high-performing teams to achieve excellence in every aspect of infrastructure management.

Previously, as Executive Chef, David built a food services department capable of serving thousands daily. He implemented cost-effective menus and leadership mentoring strategies that not only elevated service quality but also set new standards in operational efficiency. In addition, his roles with Jewish Voice Ministries International and The Salvation Army allowed him to spearhead large-scale engagement initiatives, vocational training programs, and crisis management strategies, all while nurturing mission-aligned cultures.
